Ques: Can I get parts for this imported vehicle?
Ans: Yes, parts are readily available, both
new and used. Garric Imports give a guarantee of this on all
vehicles we sell. Also, we import half cuts and used parts
for models we have in stock.
Ques: I have heard that the engine in a Japanese car
must be removed after 50,000km?
Ans: Wrong. In Japan I have purchased cars
and trucks with 80,000 - 100,000km on the clock and seen many
more with greater kms than this. Generally the public is told
this by dodgy parts suppliers in Australia.
Ques: Can I get insurance for my imported vehicle?
Ans: Yes you can. While there is an issue
with some of the larger insurance companies and some imported
vehicles, in the past three years there have been many smaller
insurance companies (eg. Unique Car Insurance, Just Car Insurance
etc) that specialise in insuring only imported vehicles for
very competitive prices.
Ques: Why should I buy a Japanese imported vehicle?
Ans: Japanese vehicles I import have genuine
lower kms, have more features as standard, and generally a
lot more bang for your buck. So if you want to stand out from

Ques: Are you able to source particular vehicles on
request?
Ans: Yes we can, provided they are able to
be imported into Australia. We have daily contact with our
Japanese suppliers as well as making regular buying trips
